AMC data source: Amazon Prime Video Channel Insights (PVCI)

In short: Prime Video Channel Insights (PVCI) consists of two AMC data views: Prime Video Channel subscriptions and the associated streaming signals. The dataset is open only to Amazon advertisers that operate Prime Video Channels, and only in the marketplaces US, CA, JP, AU, FR, IT, ES, UK and DE.

Tables

  • Analytics: amazon_pvc_enrollments (enrollment records per benefit ID) and amazon_pvc_streaming_events_feed.
  • Audiences: amazon_pvc_enrollments_for_audiences and amazon_pvc_streaming_events_feed_for_audiences.
  • pv_subscription_id can be turned into metrics with COUNT() or COUNT(DISTINCT).

Availability and access

  • Available in the marketplaces US, CA, JP, AU, FR, IT, ES, UK and DE.
  • Only Amazon advertisers that operate Prime Video Channels are eligible.
  • Standalone paid features resource with trial and subscription enrollment.

According to Amazon, starting June 1, 2026 the dataset can be queried at no cost through December 31, 2026 in every region where it is available. Existing subscriptions automatically convert to zero dollars.

What the dataset is meant for

  • Link subscription development and streaming behaviour of channel subscribers with ad contacts.

What to watch for

  • PVCI is not the same as PVI: PVCI measures channel subscriptions and streaming, PVI streaming across Prime Video overall.
  • Anyone who does not operate Prime Video Channels cannot subscribe to PVCI.
