AMC data source: Amazon Brand Store Insights

In short: Brand Store insights consists of two AMC datasets: Brand Store page views with dwell time and interactions on the pages. The dataset is open to endemic and non-endemic advertisers and shows, among other things, through which source visitors reached the store, such as search, detail page byline or ads.

Tables

  • Analytics: amazon_brand_store_page_views(_non_endemic) and amazon_brand_store_engagement_events(_non_endemic).
  • Audiences: amazon_brand_store_page_views_for_audiences(_non_endemic) and amazon_brand_store_engagement_events_for_audiences(_non_endemic).
  • The page view table holds events at Store page level with dwell time (dwell_time in seconds) and ingress_type (0 default, 1 search, 2 detail page byline, 4 ads, 6 store recommendations, 7 to 11 experiments).

Availability and access

  • Available to endemic and non-endemic advertisers with AMC instances in these marketplaces: US, CA, JP, AU, FR, IT, ES, UK, DE, MX, BR, NL, SE, PL, BE, AE, SA, TR, EG, IE, ZA, NG, SG, IN.
  • Standalone paid features resource with trial and subscription enrollment.

According to Amazon, starting June 1, 2026 the dataset can be queried at no cost through December 31, 2026 in every region where it is available. Existing subscriptions automatically convert to zero dollars.

What the dataset is meant for

  • Link Brand Store visits with other AMC signals, for example to see which advertising triggers visits.
  • Build audiences for further campaigns from visits (audience tables).

What to watch for

  • visit_id and session_id become metrics through COUNT() or COUNT(DISTINCT …).
  • The documentation distinguishes tables with and without the suffix _non_endemic; pick the one matching your advertiser type.
