Amazon Marketing Cloud is available in United States (yes) and free of charge. Access via the Ads console for Sponsored Ads advertisers (since Sep 16, 2025) or as a DSP advertiser. In the free 1P window (June 1 – December 31, 2026) the Amazon-owned 1P paid features (FSI, ASI, ARP, etc.) are usable at no extra cost.
