Amazon Marketing Cloud is available in United States (yes) and free of charge. Requirement: Amazon DSP spend (advertiser or agency). In the free 1P window (June 1/2 – December 31, 2026) the Amazon-owned 1P paid features (FSI, ASI, ARP, etc.) are usable at no extra cost.
