Amazon Marketing Cloud is available in Germany (yes) and free of charge. Requirement: Amazon DSP spend (advertiser or agency). In the free 1P window (June 1/2 – December 31, 2026) the Amazon-owned 1P paid features (FSI, ASI, ARP, etc.) are usable at no extra cost.

Paid Feature Region

Germany belongs to region EU. AMC paid-feature regions are NA (North America), FE (Far East), AU (Australia) and EU (Europe).

Special notes

EU region. EU signals excluded from ARP audiences, measurement-only; remaining 1P features usable in the 1P window.
